Nella zona sud di Vasto Marina, affacciata sulle dune lambite dalla famosa pineta, a 1,5 km dal centro che è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi o in bicicletta. La casina si trova all'interno di un complesso residenziale con accesso e parcheggio privati.

In the south area of Vasto Marina, overlooking the dunes lapped by the famous pine forest, 1,5 km from the center that can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle.The house is located within a residential complex with private access and parking.

LA PISTA CICLABILE

Qui la natura fa da padrona e il canto delle cicale scandisce le ore del giorno. Il percorso ciclopedonale collega tutto il litorale Vastese punteggiato di trabocchi e giardini di aranci, aprendo panorami vista mare molto suggestivi. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la famosa spiaggia di Punta Penna, nella Riserva Regionale di Punta Aderci.

Cycle Street
Here nature is the mistress and the song of cicadas marks the hours of the day. The cycle-pedestrian path connects all the Vastese coast dotted with trabocchi and orange gardens, opening up very suggestive views of the sea. In a few minutes you can reach the famous beach of Punta Penna, in the Regional Reserve of Punta Aderci.

LA SPIAGGIA
La spiaggia di sabbia finissima è a solo 20 metri, la casina ha infatti un accesso privato sulle dune attraversate da una bellissima pista ciclabile. Nel giro di pochi metri si trovano lidi attrezzati ed enormi spiagge libere, frequentate da surfisti ed amanti del kite surf.

THE BEACH
The beach of fine sand is only 20 mt the house has in fact a private access on the dunes crossed by a beautiful bike path. Within a few meters there are equipped lidos and huge free beaches, frequented by surfers and kite surfers.
